ocwen has changed the interest rate and payments when i do not have an adjustable rate morgage. when questioned about this, they said they could do anything they wanted and they do not have to explain why. my interest rate has went from 9.8% to almost 19%. my payments have doubled to more than my monthly income. and all they say is we might look into it. when i call to see whats going on , they say we are looking into it yet,or do not answer phone.
