I have been speaking to Ocwen re: a loan modification since February 2009. Then on March when the Obama plan came into play I was given a new set of documents to fill out and return to them by fax, which I did immediately sent March 10th 2009. Waited to hear from them no response so when I called them they had not received documents, so they mailed me another set. I again filled out the same 3 papers
and returned them to them. again after waiting for a response I received another set of the same documents to fill out, when I called them they said they did not have anything from me so I again filled out the papers and sent to them, at this time the sale date on my home was 3/20/09 and they extended it to 4/-3/-09. when I still had not heard from Ocwen I called them again and was told they need more information. which I immediately sent again., a du plicate copy of when I had previoyusly sent them. the people they have handling these things in india do not have a clue as to what they are doing I am not the only one complaining about the service. I call them every day as they give me a different answer each time I call, I am now telling them that I am recording their phone calls for future legal use., as I no longer trust the way Ocwen is handling this sensitive matter. My original loan was from Delta funding, who have just recently been hit with a consumer and lending loss, and I feel that Ocwen is totally tied in with them, and must know how delta has been handling the loans they send to Ocwen for servicing. A class action suit should be filed against them. When I called today 4/13/09 I was told again they needed another paper from me, they said they had the fax I had sent but they could not see what I had sent. now the sale date is 4/17/09, they leave me no further choices. They are just stalling for time.,

I began my modification in Jan. 2009. After sending in many copies, because 3 times they claim they did not receive my papers. I called at least twice a week, until they asked for me to give them 10 days. After 10 days I called again and they asked for more time, which I gave them. Finally I get notice from them I do not qualify for Obama's program, their reason, I do not make enough money. So, now my house is to be auctioned on July 23, 2009. Ocwen sends me more forms and I call they say lets get you a new payment while your on the phone. Person on the phone is in the process of telling me my new payment and asks for me to hold. He came back and told me I can not have a modification from them because 3 years ago I got one from them. I explained to them I was told to pay 6 months worth of payments and ask for one by Best Rate where I got the loan. They had charged me 10.25% on my loan and said this way I could get a lower interest rate. So now I have reapplied for Obama's program and just now they are telling me I do not qualify for it again, although he will not tell me why. They are now trying to give me another modification over the phone.But they are trying to get me to say I have more income than I do. I told this man I am speaking with that Ocwen will not give me a modification but he wants to try anyway. will have to sign in later to update but am sure he is wasting my time.
I am having the same problems. Our hose has no been sold yet but I am having problems getting a phone call it has been going on since March. HAve solved anything?
IM in the same boat they say the same thing to me missing documents and dont worry about your house. This has been going on since March. And half the people you talk to you cant understand them.
It is like reading exactly what has happened to me the past seven months. I just received a Sheriffs Notice of Sale last Tuesday on my home, saying it is going to be sold on January 18th...when all along I thought my Loan modification was approved and I have been paying Ocwen. I don't understand how this can happen and now there isn't anything I can do to stop it. I can't sleep. I'm stressed to the hilt because me and my family are losing their home right at the holidays. And every call to Ocwen is to Asif or Raja or Ananya and they have no answers. Does anyone have ANY advice?

I am going through this h___ right now. I have sent in the paperwork for a loan modification 4 times. They keep telling me that I do not qualify for Obamas Making Homes Affordable Loans but fill out modification paperwork. Its the same dang paperwork. Awoman I spoke with recently, trying to tell her about the paperwork problem, told me I did not need to get upset, it was only a house. This is me and my sons HOME, the only one he has ever known. Gave them info. to have payment automatically withdrawn from my bank, they never did it---God only knows where my banking info. went. They were going to charge me a late fee for their mistake. Told me I had to miss 3-4 months of payments to see about a modification. From what I am reading, they tell you to do this -for help-that way they can take your house. This is a nightmare. Can't something be done??? I won't get into my conspiracy theory. I am having to live this nightmare because of Taylor Bean and Whittaker.
