I was amazed when I googled Ocwen and found this site that I am not the only one being taken by them. They are charging me all these crazy fees I dont even no what for and I cant understand them (INDIA) I am in the forbarence with them HELLO I could'nt do 1400.00 but Forbarence me with a 1919.19 payment they are trying to say I have 7 missed payments..No I dont!! I dont want to loose my house and ruin my or what is left of my credit..what can we all do about this?? does a laywer help?? they are saying 14,000.00 will get me out of forbarence..where did they come up with this.. Was 2 weeks late with my mortgage payment for month of June,2007. was foreclosed on,and they refused to accept my payment at end of month.Began to re-finance my mortgage with another company.had problem with the title, still hung up in probate court.In one month, I was hit with over fifteen thousand in late fee's, penalties and legal costs. My original payoff was at 69,000. and now it is at 86,500. I am now trying to have the payoff reduced,and have filled out a short sell package.
