Help needed on an open Class Acton Law Suit against Ocwen

I just did a search on Ripoff Report and it came back with 1540 Reports Found on Ocwen!!! (as of 12/8/2007) What the Hell is going on, and why hasn't our Government shut this Dishonest Company DOWN! From what I have read and is now going on to me, this is criminal! Any help on a Class Acton Law Suit going on now and a Good Attorney in Utah would be appreciated.
