This is not just about Litton Loan Servicing, it's about the criminal business actions of the majority of the lending companies today. Litton Loan Servicing, Fairbanks, Temple Inland Mortgage, OCWEN, Wells Fargo, Option One, Homeside, Countrywide, I could go on for days listing company names. They are ALL alike in their business transactions. End result to the consumer - FORECLOSURE.Come on FEDS WAKE UP! Who will be the first to bring these giants down? This is happening right under the noses of our own government! Is there no one on the take here? If I can find the needle in a haystack(one HONEST politician) who will be brave enough to take a stand and know when ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Hardworking Americans are being forced into the foreclosure. The American Dream is being stolen away from the average Joe working class by big money conglomorates that feed off of unsuspecting tax payers. This FRAUD MUST end!

OCWEN LENDING TREE LENDINGTREE Scam

Yes, I made a big mistake too...Did 14 years of Honorable Marine Corps service. Came back to the states after Iraq and decided my family needed to have me around so I put money down on a house that I could afford. Shortly after Ocwen started to raise their rate and I couldn't afford it anymore. Couldn't get approved for a fixed APR or anything. Ect, Ect, Ect you guys know how the story goes. Ocwen harassed the crap out of us with lawyers and every trick in the book. Finally after a year of being harassed with foreclosure papers (Never a date to get out of the house) I made plenty attempts to bring my loan current-but they won't work with you. Now the house sits empty and abandons waiting to be sold by Ocwen. I called Ocwen the day after we moved to let them know the doors are locked and they can have it back. Ocwen was wheeling and dealing with offers for me then (well it's too late).......................The moral of the story is: Don't try to bleed me for money, because I'll cut you back----DEEPER...A Company run by foreigners from other countries helping to rip apart the 'American Dream' - Their home base is not Orlando Florida.
Ocwen is run by Terrorists!***Lending Tree is also a scam***OcwenScrewedMe2!

Ocwen Loan Servicing Unethical Practices/ Thiefs/ Incompetent/ Foreign Orlando Florida

Two years ago we refinanced our loan in efforts to reduce our interest rate. Instead, we were naively roped into a refinance that was eventually bought by Ocwen Loan Servicing. In addition to a ridiculously high interest rate (8.875%), Ocwen had the audacity to call us during our most recent refinance, to tell us that we were late for a payment when they in fact; the loan had been paid off in its entirety. Since the beginning of our most recent refinance, Ocwen has repeatedly, through multiple foreign customer service representatives, lied to us about sending our insurance company to the Escrow amount. Maybe because it's difficult for them to understand the English language, I don't know; however, I do know that it is NOT okay to lie about providing services that they should have followed through on and not kept documentation of our requests. Long story short, my family is waiting for approximately $950 that is rightfully ours and Ocwen refuses to issue right away. Ultimately, they are dishonest, thiefs, that are taking American jobs away from American workers! Something has got to be done!

Ocwen Loan Servicing Company offered forbearance to resolve difficult arm loan and filed foreclosure default the next day

In 2006, I purchased a home in California. Shorly afterwards, my loan was taken over by Ocwen. It was an adjustable rate loan set to increase after two years. Once the loan was about to go up, I found that refinancing was very difficult due to a drastic drop in home values in this area.I began to fall behind in my payments and Ocwen offered a loan modification and forebearance option which I agree to accept. Ocwen required a cash amount of $2400 be sent via Western Union on Oct 23rd to reset my loan back to a current status and eliminate any possibility of a pending default being filed(according to them). After wiring the 2400 dollars on October 23rd, Ocwen in fact filed the foreclosure default the very next morning October 24th. They havent returned the money and they ordered the house to be auctioned off. I am facing having to live without a home for a very long time with ruined credit and very soon a sheriff will be dispatched to my house to enforce the fraud which I believe Ocwen has committed against me. I have filed a report with the department of corporations and Ocwen responds with irrelevant information with no bearing on the problem. If anything can be done to help me, please contact me.

OCWEN LOAN SERVICING Ocwen Blatantly Lying To Decieve

I inquired about a Loan Mod with Ocwen back in April 2008 and submitted my paperwork (via certified mail) on April 25th.....I was told it would take 15 days to process. After countless phone calls to their 'Customer Service Number' which is in India I finally received the Modification Agreement @ 5pm Friday, June 20th. The agreement stated I had till June 25th. to sign and send back with my down payment. I noticed right away there was some very vague language in the agreement. The first item was in the cover letter and states:NEW MONTHLY PAYMENT: $2,542.59(which may or may not include escrow)Second item was in paragraph 3 which states:'Any payments due for taxes or insurance will be your responsibility in addition to the payments of principal and interest required under the terms of this modification.'I called OCWEN to go over the agreement and asked if my taxes & insurance were included in the monthly payment. Anthony in Bombay assured me the taxes & insurance were in fact included in the payment. Great!! I told him that there was an error in the cover letter and in paragraph #3 that stated that they were not included and asked him to please correct the error. The answer I got was astounding. Anthony informed me that this was their standard agreement that had been approved by the legal department and COULD NOT BE CHANGED. I asked him why he was telling me one thing on the phone but the agreement clearly states otherwise. Anthony informed me (in a very threating manor) that if I did not sign the agreement 'as is' that OCWEN would put my home in foreclosure. Which they ended up doing 2 days later. The next item I inquired about was paragraph 9c that states:'Any expenses incurred in connection with the servicing of your loan, but not yet charged to your account as of the date of this Agreement, may be charged to your account after the date of this Agreement.'I asked Anthony what 'Any Expenses' were and he informed me that was 'legal fees and stuff'. I told him I thought that term was very vague and asked if he could be more specific. This inquiry seemed to irritate him emencely. Again I was informed that this was their standard agreement that had been approved by the legal department and COULD NOT BE CHANGED....along with the standard threat of foreclosure. I feel I'm being forced to sign a misleading agreement that does not reflect what I'm being told on the phone. Aside from hiring an attorney (which I can not afford) what can I do??

WTF?

OCWEN Mortgage Loan Servicing, LLC RIP OFF SCAM artists West Palm Beach Florida

I hate dealing with Ocwen Mortgage. I guess that is a mild understatement. Ocwen bought my mortgage 1 1/2 years ago and it has been nothing but headaches and BS since then. My mortgage has went up twice, without notification and they have messed up my escrow now. We are behind by my choosing, because of the escrow. There is $1024.35 that Ocwen got from us but can't seem to tell us where that money went and/or why. I have done the math and it doesn't work. I changed my insurance company in March to lower my payments. I was paying $4800.00 a year for homeowner's insurance and now I'm paying $2605.00. (Ocwen mailed out payments to both and I am fighting to get the money back from the insurance company that I cancelled with.) Also, my homestead exemption kicked in as of Jan 1st 2008. I called and guess what? They hadn't applied it to my mortgage. I fought like hell to get it in place. (2 months time, BTW.) My payment should have gone down by close to 600.00 a month. But, they called on Friday to inform me now that my mortgage payment has gone up, ironically the exact amount of money that I saved via insurance and taxes to the penny. LOL. Also, to inform me that they don't pay my taxes, although they have for 2 years and it is in my contract that I make one payment, which includes prin+int+ins+taxes. They state that they have paid my taxes to date simply as a courtesy. LOL. A courtesy? How about this, per my contract? They did not have the original contract in front of them and the girl tried to start bullying me. LOL. I don't bully easily. It's simply not worth it to me. Now they have called 26 times since July the 1st and 50% of the time when they hear my voice they hang up. You can hear the typing in the background. LOL. They did call and asked for my husband, and he says 'My wife handles all of the finances.' I kept them on the phone for 49 minutes yelling at them and asking them to get it together. That was pointless. Here is the other funny thing, I am NOT on the loan, I am strictly on the title. Yet, they report it late on MY credit. ILLEGAL!!!! I did not sign, not one document in regards to the loan, my husband did. I have spent so many hours dealing with them and have yet to speak to the same person twice. There is always a different story. I refuse to submit to them and I refuse to allow myself to be ripped off any longer. I am trying to find an attorney who will help start a class action suit. It seems that this needs to be done. Although after much research I realize that the courts usually side with Ocwen. Ocwen makes sure that the venues get changed to where there are more favorable judges (my guess judges that own stock or being paid on the side, it's sad but this is our country.) I have resolved myself to letting go of the property and letting them lose money on their investment. Currently, we owe $326,000. The house is valued at $250,000 in this market. My husband and myself have realized that the stress from dealing with Ocwen isn't worth our health or happiness. Quite honestly, it pleases me to no end that they will lose money in excess amounts. LOL. I have gotten to the point where I actually make fun of the people when they call me. LOL. I know it sounds childish but when you are dealing with them and can't get a straight answer or speak to somebody that speaks ENGLISH, I'm kind of left with little else, except wait for them to foreclose. Which I am doing. I love my house very much but not at the expense of my family. Ocwen's stock has been on a steady decline for about a year and a half. Sound familiar? That was when they took over my loan. My advice to all or some, is simply this: let go. Let Ocwen suffer the loses. I have given up on the fact they will help the situation or fix their problems and I'm NOT going to pay them another red cent. They can kiss my a**. :-) I believe in a matter of time the government will step in and Ocwen will lose their a**es. I will try and find an attorney in the meantime to try and help us out of this pickle, even bankruptcy. If and when I find an attorney that is willing to help ALL of us out and away from Ocwen, I will post his/her name for all of you and every site that I can. I would rather an attorney make money than them. If any of you get an attorney that is willing to handle this, please post their name for others. I wish you all well and hope that you all get away from Ocwen. I read that somebody called them The Mortgage Mafia. LOL. How true. Remember this, it's just a house. It's not worth you or your happiness or your family's health or happiness. It is simply a material possession that can be replaced. Let Ocwen suffer the losses, not you. Life sucks as it is right now don't let them make it worse. Take Care.

Ocwen Mortgage cheated my elderly grandparents Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Ocwen Mortgage, operating through a broker fronting as a building contractor(and not a good one) wrote a mortgageat a rate that was higher than it should be, a payment they coudnt afford and had them sign forms that had been faxed and were not legible.
Elderly beware!
When they became ill, I discovered what happend, but it was too late. I made their payment for them untill they ended up in a nursing home.
Ocwen called and told me I would be sued if I didnt pay for the balance, I left the home get forclosed on due to the fact they had no assets to cover it. So much for the family homestead. The home was worth about $35000.00 with approx $48000.00 still due. If all payments were made my grandparents were paying back about $120,000.00 over 30 years starting in their late 60's
Its a shame a company as large as that has to make its money from folks on social security. this all took place between 2000 and 2005.
Just not a company I would ever do business with, Sorry Ocwen.

OCWEN SCAM Katy Texas

Katy, TX
Ocwen has ruined my life now!
I found out I had an ARM in December of 2007. I started their loan modifacation process at the end of Febuary. In April I sent them my deposit to show my agreement with the plan and sent in the loan agreement with the check. I called them to confirm it was received after the check cleared my bank. They said yes. That was on May 2nd.Now its june and it still is not done.
I called Monday June 2nd and they told me that the agreement was not received and that becasue of that the modification is now VOID. and then hung up the phone I had to call back and then the modifcation dept was experianceing high call volume and I would have to leave a message and someone would call me back. It had been 6 hours to find this out by the time someone could talk to me. After I had been on hold and then disconnected on. I did however have someone count how many times I called since May 2nd. It was 16 times. I asked them to read word for word what was in the notes on May 2nd. Of course it was me called to make sure everything was received.
Well then Tuesday of course I never received a call back and so I tried to call again. I talked to a supervisor and they said it was not received either. I had him read May 2nd notes and he said that they callled me to notify me that the loan agreement was not received.
They are lieing to me and changing their stories. I dont know what to do. I am trying to contact lawyers and get help. It is soo expensive though. Any comment or words of advice would be very helpful

Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC; Ocwen Loan Resolution Department Fraudulent, misrepresentative, uncaring, dishonest

From: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/322/RipOff0322171.htm

(Copy of letter that I sent to them regarding the problem. I have all the documents that are listed in the letter and can fax them to you for further documentation)March 9, 2008Ocwen Financial CorporationAttn P. O. Box 785061Orlando, FL 32878-5061FAX: (866) 771-5152RE: 70084504To Whom It May Concern:On January 18, 2008, I received a letter from Ocwen offering me a Loan Modification Agreement so that I could bring my account current and out of forbearance. I read through the agreement, signed it on January 23, 2008 and faxed it to Ocwen on January 24, 2008. To date I have not received any notification or billing stating that this agreement was received. On March 7, 2008, I called the Customer Support Hotline to inquire about my account. At 12:36 pm I spoke with Kash who told me that she had no record of this agreement having been received by Ocwen. Kash put me on hold from 12:49 pm until 1:04 pm and then I spoke with Curtis. He told me that I had to speak to someone in the LRC Department. Curtis transferred me to the LRC and the phone rang once and then I was disconnected. I called back at 1:10 pm and spoke with Shavonne. She also said I needed to speak with someone in the LRC Department and she transferred me to that department. I was on hold from 1:16 pm until 1:30 pm until a Mr. Holland picked up the phone. He took my loan information and then put me on hold. Within one minute, Prasanna then picked up the phone. He stated to me that there was no record of the agreement and that I was to have faxed it in within the 10 days required. I explained to him that is what I did and that I had a fax confirmation to support that. He stated that this did not matter and he would be sending out a new loan modification packet for me to fill out again. I explained to him that at the time of the signing of the loan modification agreement, I was told that I had to pay Februarys payment of $1210 plus $161 in fees. Then starting in March, I would receive a new bill with the correct payment amount along with escrow amount that was needed. I did not receive that information, so I sent my regular forbearance amount of $1210. Prasanna now tells me that since I did not send in the $1371, my $1210 was being held in suspense until I made up the difference. So, my question is this: What is my monthly payment amount? What is my escrow amount? Where is the loan modification agreement that I faxed to you? I know that my foreclosure has been cancelled with the court as I have a court document stating that. I am tired of the run around that I have been getting from Ocwen for the last year. I have abided by the agreed upon forbearance amount, I signed and faxed the loan modification agreement, I call and try to straighten things out and then I have to write to the Ombudsman to get a clear picture of what the problem is and how will it be resolved. Attached to this fax, you will find a copy of the letters that I have received the loan modification that I signed, a copy of the fax cover sheet as well as all my handwritten notes. I expect this to be resolved immediately and my payment of $1210 for March to be applied to my account accordingly, WITHOUT ANY NEW FEES ADDED! If I do not receive a response within 10 days, I will be contacting an attorney and taking Ocwen to court to have this matter resolved by a Judge as I do not feel that Ocwen has my best interest in mind at any point in time within this last year. I have abided by all of Ocwens requests and requirements. At what point does Ocwen admit that they have made mistakes and correct my account?I expect an answer ASAP.

Ocwen Financial Services Mortgage Company

From: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/320/RipOff0320352.htm

I lost my house January 2006 after having my loan for about 4 years. I have had a lot of financial issues due to many personal issues in my family and payments got behind. Everytime I worked out a deal with them, my payments would go up at least $200. I also did an forebearance agreements. We were in the process of trying to work out an agreement with them and I had actually been able to come up with over $7,000 to send them, and they sold the house right out from under us and basically told me oh well too bad. My parents had built the house before I was born. I grew up in the house. The company is horrible to their customers. I would love to see them out of business, so no one else has to go through what our family has gone through.

Ocwen Loan Services LLC Disabled And Wrongfully Evicted

From: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/317/RipOff0317411.htm

First, I am just the tenant. But apart of the trickle down effect. My landlord was forclosed on and evicted who has his own report to tell on this situation. Yet Ocwen did not notify me, the tenant, about it until the eviction process was under way. I offered payment to them, no go. They wanted me out that very day Feb 4, 2008. I attained legal counsel who negotiated for them to give me until March 7, 2008 to vacate said premises. They approached me with a cash for keys agreement on March 1, 2008 to leave the premises in clean condition on March 14, 2008. I signed and agreed to do so. On monday, March 10, 2008, I contacted their(Ocwen's) representative that contacted me to make sure that all was still set for March 14, 2008. I was told no eviction would be going through. Of course that day is not here yet, but I came home on March 11, 2008 to an empty house with an even emptier dumpster out front. I have yet to hear from Ocwen as to why an eviction was done prior to said agreement date. I am a disabled person on fixed income, yet they have no care or concern for this. All my aids, medical equipment, Medicines, furniture, clothes, everything is gone.

OCWEN LOAN SERVICING LLC, OCWEN FINANCIAL FRAUDULANT CHARGES, RIPOFF, WON'T RETURN MONIES, OR COMMUNICATE, 2ND GO AROUND IN FORBEARANCE Orlando

From: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/312/RipOff0312663.htm

I am 53 years old female who remodeled a bath in 03 and took a 2500.00 loan and refinanced my house. 1 year later, it was sold to Ocwen Financial. Payments were stable one year, then went up every 3 months. Then they put me in a flood zone, charged me $616.00 a year. Then i was sick and needed a liver transplant to live. I fell behind going on the 3rd payment but was after transplant. Husband wasn't working and my disability check was feeding us. I had repeatedly called Ocwen told them I am not in a flood zone. They said fax us the report from your surveyor. I did and he said the same 'she is not in a flood zone'. This went on 2 years. They charged another $616.00. Then i was told if you are not in a flood zone have FEMA remove it and we will give your money back. That was 2006. Still no money and i have called and called. I had a 11.678% rate and a they said you must pay today $820.00 and we will fax papers and you sign them or we will take your house. So i did this, cashier's check and all. Scared to death i would loose my home. This was Jan.06. They said the 'forebearance plan' would resolve all issues. BUT they don't tell you, when you pay on time, they still report you late. UNFAIR...so unfair. THEY don't tell you anything. I paid over 3000.00 more than what was behind and due and owing and they now say i owe 5300.00 and i need another 'forbearance plan' modification. I was told on Feb 8th, my down payment would be $790.00 and my monthly payment would be $363.45. I never received any papers, said it was restructured and it would be for fixed rate of 6%. NO PAPERS NOTHING came and i called on Feb. 8th(original call) then no papers so i called again Feb 11, 15, and today 27th and a new story of no no who told you that. It is not approved. They now have 1880.12 of my money setting in escrow and they won't let me have it. THey keep telling me you must contact the Escrow dept and have it re-evaluated. Well it has been done by fax, on the phone and certified mail since August of last year and still no money. RIPOFF.I need an attorney that will help me. Is there anyone or others that need an attorney to HIT OCWEN in the pocketbook. Other people have won several millions, but us little poor people don't have the funds. WHO ELSE HAS OCWEN RIPPED OFF? Let me know. Would love to hear your story.

Ocwen complaint

From: http://www.pissedconsumer.com/consumer-reviews/direct-lenders/dirty-rotten-bastards-20071210108627.html

My daughters mortgage was bought out by Ocwen back at the first of the year. My daughter works for the Federal government. She had a excellent credit rating until Ocwen came into the picture. One month after they bought her loan. She recieved a notice saying she owed ( $6000.00). Needless to say she was shocked. The first thing she said was "I have all my cancled checks for the payments." Are you ready for this, They said. "Thats not what are computer says" She is in litigation about this. They wanted her to sign a forebearance agreement. When she ask them where her money was, they told her the could not discuss it with her until she sign the forebearance agreement. If she signed it that means she is admitting she is in default of the loan. She has two loans but they only want to try and claim default only on one. (Naturally it is the larger of the two). In the process of trying to straignten out this mess she always seem to wind up talking to a "Outsourced Hindu with a heavy India accent. Needless to say this is futile. I have written to my Senator ( Blanche Lincoln) to investigate (Ocwen). Something must be done before no one has a home left to live in under this companies tyranny. If we all band together we can bring these bastards to justice. Otherwise it will be ( Just-us) who suffer.Thank you for your time

OCWEN Loan Servicing Fraud and Harrassment Orlando Florida

From: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/308/RipOff0308798.htm

I have had dealings with mortgage lenders in the past but dealing with OCWEN is horrible. When I purchased my home in 2006, my loan was sold off to OCWEN after a few months. About two months later the problems with OCWEN started. They claimed that they did not have documentation showing that I had homeowners insurance. I called them immediately. The person I spoke to had trouble understanding and spoke broken english. I explained to them that I do have insurance and I will fax them a copy. After faxing it 3 times and sending a copy by certified mail, they finally received it. I spent at least 3 hours on the phone over a 3 week period trying to get them a copy of my insurance information. In early 2007 the drama continued. Taxes were due and I thought by having an impound account I would not have to worry about my taxes getting paid.Well, with OCWEN it appears you have to worry about everything and you are never at ease as long as you do business with them. I forwarded several tax bills that were due because they claimed they did not receive the bills (by the way, the tax department is a not part of OCWEN, at least that's what they claim) After faxing the bills in February and sending the bills by mail they were not paid and late fees on my property taxes began to accumilate. I spent at least a total of 4 hours talking to OCWEN, faxing OCWEN, mailing OCWEN, in an effort to get these taxes paid. They finally paid the tax bills in April. They took late fees out of my impound account and never reimbursed me after they told that they are responsible for the late fees. Now we are in 2008 and taxes are due again. As soon as the bills came I sent them certified mail. I tried to fax the bills also but after several attempts to fax from home and several attempts to fax from Office Depot the line was always busy so I gave up. At this point I dreaded the worst, my taxes probably have not been paid and I will have to go through the same process as last year.Currently I am receiving two calls a day from OCWEN regarding my mortgage payment which has never been late. I recently called to ask them to put me on their do not call list because they have no reason to call me my account is current and I am never late, the CSR said she would remove me, but the calls have not stopped.I would like desparately to get out of this loan with OCWEN, it has been very stressful and time consuming dealing with such a inept company. After reading all these stories I am concerned about my well being.

Ocwen Federal Bank, Ocwen Loan Serviving, Wells Fargo Bank Ocwen and Wells Fargo has ruined many lives and will continue to do so unless someone stops

From: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/305/RipOff0305260.htm

Ocwen Federal Bank, Ocwen Loan Serviving, Wells Fargo Bank Ocwen and Wells Fargo has ruined many lives and will continue to do so unless someone stops them. Orlando Florida

This company has ruined many, many lives. Our mortage was sold to Ocwen who is owned by Wells Fargo. Our only communication with them is by phone, since there are no offices for anyone to visit. It all started with a late payment fee of $13.00 and turned in $10,000.00 in late fees, legal/collection expenses, property valuation expenses, property inspection expenses. ( what is a property valuation or inspection expense anyway. no one can tell us, they don't know ) Oh, and also $12.95 a month for insurance. This was something that was tacked on a year or 2 after the original mortqage payments began. It took 5 years to get it stopped. By the way it was for flood insurance that we didn't even need. And there were payments that were not posted on the date they were recieved, even when we sent the payment through Western Union. They started foreclosure preceedings. Anyway, after all of the expenses that we never could get caught up on, we had to file for bankruptcy. And that was a nightmare. We would make a payment and they would send us a statement saying we did not owe a payment for the next month. I kept all the statements and notes on all of the people I spoke with. They were actually trying to tell us that because the bankruptcy trustee was sending payments that we didn't need to make payments. This cost us another $6000.00 in fees. So now they don't send us any statements telling us how and where our money goes. These people are crooks. They don't care about anything but getting your property. They were already trying to sell our property before they started foreclosure preceedings. We actually had people riding by and looking at our property. The worst thing is they way they wreck your credit, no one will even consider a new mortgage, thats why they do it. You are trapped and they have you by the -----!MarkSouth of the Border, South CarolinaU.S.A.

Ocwen Loan Servicing 2 Forbearance plans and One Loan Modificattion no response Orlando Florida

From: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/302/RipOff0302525.htm

I have a loan with Ocwen and yes it's WHEN you can get throught to them after waiting on hold for 30 minutes then being disconnected... then calling back and being told different things, I had 2 failed Forbearance plans and after being told that they would not do a modification after a lot of persistance I finally got one. The first modification wanted over $7,000 PLUS the first months payment of $1,780, almost $10,000.. there was no way I could do this, so I called them back and got the most polite guy who answered our questions and was willing to take half the money $3,600 modify it at a 30 year fixed at 6%, sounds great right? Right, but the problem is my home is scheduled to be auctioned off in a week, and Ocwen still hasnt gotten back to me. When I called them they said someone entered the info wrong and I should get it in a week (1/23/08 will be a week) IF they send me the paperwork and I send them the money...my first payment is scheduled March 1st. The first guy who agreed to the modification was very arrogant and stated that they would barely break even if they foreclosed, so I felt a little relieved that they dont want to foreclose. After reading all these complaints is there anyone out there who actually went past or too the actual foreclosure date?? They told me that they would 'suspend' the foreclosure (it's in writing' But I dont know if I can trust them.. Maybe I dont have a choice because of how close I am, but If I dont hear from them tomorrow, I'm going to most likely have my ORIGINAL LOAN PAPERWORK reviewed for any and all mistakes in hopes of stalling....Chapter 13?? No, because my rate is outrageous and is scheduled to increase from 9.65% to god knows what. I'm a single dad with 2 girls and boy sure could use some advice.DerrickCOVINGTON, WashingtonU.S.A.
