Ocwen Federal Bank has recently bought out many of our readers home mortgages from their existing lenders. Unfortunately, the reviews have not been that good. In fact Ocwen Federal Bank has been sued for millions of dollars in a Connecticut federal court for racketeering, breach of contract, unfair debt collection practices, overcharging borrowers bogus service and late and escrow fees, harassment, and mail fraud!
