We are victims too. What's the status of the suit?

Dear Kweku,I have read through the complaints filed on ripoffreport.com and I am curious to know what the status of the law suit is against Ocwen. If the case is still open we definately want to be a part of it.On June 30th, 2005 we filed bankruptcy in order to keep our home. Weheard from an aquantiance (who read in the paper) that our home wasscheduled for forclosure on July 1, 2005. What a shock that was for us.We have absoultely no other debt and are not in financial distress, butsaw bankruptcy as our only option.Like other vicitms, we too have very similar stories of making paymentsonly to be told we were somehow behind and owing more and more.Again, thanks for your time in this matter and an update would be greatlyappreciated.
